What happens to you in life has a source.

We will find that origin and, in doing so, help you to modify your feelings and overcome your barriers. I help you understand and change your damaging repetitive reactions. I will increase your ability to cope with the difficulties that life throws at you, by boosting your confidence and your peace of mind. I will help you to clear your mind by reducing the unnecessary noise in your head.

As for your part, you will achieve greater acceptance of the things that have until now troubled you and caused you to constantly prevaricate.

The techniques I use are based on EFT (Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy), Gestalt psychotherapy, the Enneagram, the Hoffman Process, the Highly Sensitive Personality, coupled with relaxation, and a holistic and integrated approach. I strive for a dynamic balance tailored to your experience.

How does it work?

You can register by email, Whatsapp or Telegram via Contact.

An appointment will then be made for an intake interview of one hour. In this conversation we will meet and I will take the time to get to know you and understand your problem. An estimate is made of the nature of your problem and how you can best be helped.

Based on the first conversation and in consultation with you, we can agree which approach best suits you and your situation. This will give you a better idea of how our sessions will proceed and how your request for help will be worked on.

Based on the intake interview, you can determine whether you have a good feeling for the psychotherapist and whether you want to start the treatment process or whether you should look for other sources of help.
